For over 20yrs, Action Image Productions has been producing broadcast-quality film, television and commercial content.

Based at Cheltenham Film Studios in the Cotswolds projects have taken us from the UK to Europe, Asia, America and Canada. We work with agencies, brands and businesses to create TV commercials, product campaigns, brand films or documentaries, combining creative thinking with technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Every project is supported by a network of experienced creative professionals allowing us to scale productions from studio shoots to large-scale international campaigns.

LEE STEPHENS

Founder, Director & Producer

Fulfilling a passion for over 25 years Lee has worked across many large scale productions as well as executive producer on documentaries and features.

JOE STEPHENS

Post Production & 1st AC

As the youngest member of the team Joes' early interest in editing, colours and graphics spring boarded a natural skill within post production. He is also very valuable on set as a 1st AC.

MARK PULLON

Director of Photography

Mark has over 20 years experience in the advertising and film industry bringing innovative and creative approaches to both the camera and lighting.

RHODA STEPHENS

Production Assistant

With a background of marketing services for household names, Rhoda brings solid logistical support to projects of any size.

SIMON TATE

Director & Producer

Award winning TV & commercials producer, director and writer with over 25 years broadcast experience programming for UK and North America.

GARY STADDEN

Location / Studio Sound

With over 25 years experience Gary has worked for all the major broadcasters on a variety of television commercials, dramas & corporate productions; filmed across the globe.

MARTIN TUCKER

Camera / Grip

With over 20 years experience in corporate films, television programmes and live-events, Martin brings a calm and safe pair of hands on any production.

JANINE WHEELER

Hair Sylist

A top salon trained stylist working on well-known TV program's, styling celebrities and musicians. Janine has also worked on TVCs for major brands as well as films and across the fashion world.

TOM SPICE

Audio Post Production

As an audio and music technician Toms experience crosses live events (music and corporate), foley, sound design as well as mixing and mastering indie / documentary films.

JANIE BEVAN

Props Stylist / Art Director

Janie is an established stylist/art director with over 20 years experience working on both stills and film for major brands on advertising and editorial campaigns.

Make Up Artist

Max is a multi award winning international makeup artist and technical makeup designer with many credits across film, TV and commercials.

With 15 years experience across events and front of house (plus being a music producer / composer and DJ) Phoebe brings her excitement to play and her approach provides valuable project support.
